Akemi Plush

A plush commission a long time in coming for ! It is of her character Akemi (This is one of her drawings of her for ref: flarveon.deviantart.com/art/Wi… )

The plush is 18 inches from nose to butt. Made using cuddle fleece (the purple/pink) which is VERY soft and one of my new favorite fabrics! X3 The red is a standard low pile, nice quality fur fabric. The purple fluff around her hair poof is wefted merino wool - I learned recently how to weft it on my sewing machine! It's awesome!

The red fluffy bits are the same fabric I am using for my Okami costume (which I WILL finish sometime before I die XD ). It has been spray dyed with "Simply Spray" fabric dye. She has some beans in her paws for floppiness, and has been loosely stuffed for hug ability.

This was my first time making a true plush pattern, and it was COMPLICATED.
