My Larxene cosplay, pic 2 of 3.
Here is the back / front / action kinda shots just showing the costume. YES I MADE EVERYTHING.
The coat took FOREVER. It's made from a very nice vinyl material that FOLDS not creases, and is matte and cloth backed (The coat IS fully lined with smooth dark purple liner tho ) I altered a pattern for a princess-seamed waistcoat.
The kunais (close-up in pic three of the set) are cast in resin and painted. They weigh nothing and are very strong.
The wig was made from a $20 ho wig from Party City.
And I got it to look pretty good I think for how shitty a wig it is. I altered it a LOT with sewing, cutting, glue, etc....the 'antenna' are hair hot melt glued onto wire/cloth bases in the wig. VERY stable, and weightless.
The coat is WICKED hot....I mean temperature wise. It will be great in winter LOL ... and I know her coat doesn't HAVE a purple liner but I LIKE purple so I did. I got roped into doing this cosplay for a group with my friends, so I got lazy on some things like that....

You are AMAZING at this stuff! I haven't cosplayed before, but I want to, and I can only hope that I can be as good at it as you are. ^^
