Report a Policy Violation
As someone who has always prided herself on giving credit where it is due, it really boils my blood to see so many people on DA who really don't seem to give a damn about copyright infringements. So, I have written a sort of FAQ's of different issues I have come across. I know that a bunch of articles have been written about this subject, but I feel that I should do all that I can to help.

Some toney brushes for Photoshop.
 Great for when you're digitally toning stuff or drawing manga style. I included all the sizes you see as well for those without tablets/CS. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. aw crap... I missed...
But... okay, this is really, REALLY stupid question: How do you use them?
I mean, get them on PSP or whatever it is you do. I have PSP9 and I need some manga brushes for something I'm coloring for a friend, but how do I use them?
If you could answer this ASAP, I will love you FOREVER!

To import them into photoshop, open the brushes browser window (the one where you choose what size / texture brush) and click on the litle arrow thing in the top right corner of that, it will pop out a menu where you choose from the list "Load Brushes". It'll pop up a file browser window. Go to where you saved the brush file, and click on it, and it will load them into your brush list at the bottom. ^_^
