Toney brushes for Photoshop made back in 2005. 
Some were altered from physical Deleter tones that I did buy, but I claim no copyright to those at all. These were made for educational purposes to play with tones digitally. THESE ARE NOT FOR SALE. Have fun with them.
Made with Photoshop 6, compatible with version 6 and onwards (including CS).

I also do not know if you can use them in elements...but definitely not GIMP. Thanks and enjoy!
